(Furqan) 25 : 2
الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيرًا
The One to Who belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and who has not taken a son and has no associates in His Dominion and has created everything and has ordained it with due proportion.
It is told in verse 67: 1: “Blessed is the One in Whose hand is the dominion, and He is Capable upon everything”. It is told in verses 87: 2-3: “Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most Highest, Who created and proportioned, Who determined, and then guided”. See explanation 17: 110-111 and 21: 21.
